DHX Media Deal With France 5

Halifax, Canada - March 18, 2008 - DHX Media Ltd. (AIM & TSX ticker: "DHX"), a leading independent international producer and distributor of television programming and interactive content is distributing new episodes of the acclaimed preschool series Bo on the GO!, which brings the total number of half-hour episodes available to 40. Bo on the Go! is produced by DHX Media's own Halifax Film. DHX has recently made a sale of both seasons to France 5.

Using motion capture technology and computer graphics (CG), Bo on the GO! Promotes an active lifestyle and an active mind for preschoolers. Bo on the GO! follows the adventures of Bo, a positive, energetic and inquisitive young heroine and her young friend Dezadore dragon. ‘Dezzy' encourages children at home to go on amazing adventures by actively joining her in a variety of movements that assist her on her quest.
